Andy Rösch - Managing Director
In 1985 Mr. Andy Rösch began his medical industry career with the company called, Hortmann GmbH
Mr Rosch began as a sales Trainee in the area of Marketing and Sales of medicine technology. He was involved in the early sales to launch and sell the Cochlear Implants for the ear in Europe. Until 1990 he worked directly as an assistant to the management and collected experience in national and international sales and distribution.
In 1990 he founded his own medical company in Berlin, Germany, called Rösch GmbH which rose fast to a market leader in the area of the HNO – remedial customer and Pädiatrie. He placed various products of American manufacturers very successfully under the trade name of the manufacturer or also as OEM – version in Germany and Europe. (see Blog of the American friend John Moore)
In 1998 he received from a Medical manufacturer located in California the early prototypes of a syringe without needle. He took over the advancement with the Rösch GmbH and led his company in 2000 to a big successful stock offering on the Frankfurt stock exchange. With the proceeds the manufacturing plants and equipment could be built for the mass production of these products. The product became well known in Europe and around the world through successful PR work in exposure in professional magazines, newspapers, published articles, radio and well known German TV channels.
From 2003 – 2009 he built a company called Dienstleistungs – the company which he brought again in 2007 to the stock exchange. Within the scope of the worldwide financial crisis these were exactly the banks who made financing available to this company no other Expansion credits and took from the company the other chances.
During the last years Andy Rösch has always maintained his far reaching contacts and friendships in medical technology and began with the Medical Marketing Berlin GmbH an exciting new concept.

His Lernings:
……..
“ It all started because of a trip he didn’t really want to take and could barely afford. In 1991 Andy Roesch received a call from one of his business advisors sheepishly asking him to meet me in the Frankfurt airport. His partner had heard that I was considering offering one of Andy’s competitors the German representation for our line of medical instruments. “Take on the representation and just sit on it,” his advisor said. That just wasn’t in Andy’s DNA. He had just started his business. A trip with such a lukewarm recommendation didn’t sound worthwhile. Luckily he listened to his instincts and met me. During our two-hour meeting and he agreed to take on the representation of our line of medical instruments. The next year he was responsible for 80% of our Company’s overall sales. We bought his Company, Roesch AG for $700,000 and some stock. When he took the Company public in 2001 he returned $100 million in cash to us. He was named “One of Germany’s Top Five Entrepreneurs of 2001”.
